On January 7, 2020, he attended the fourth meeting of the Second Session of the Electric Vehicle Charging Facilities Standardization Technical Committee in the Energy Industry and the Seminar on Charging Facilities Standards, and delivered a speech on "Research and Practice of Low-Power DC Technology Route".
On October 19, 2020, the Bidding Committee publicly released the draft of the standard.
